Al Shark book store near exit 10 and in the Kuwaiti souq
DMC on Mousa Bin Nasser St, opposite the old section of Al Akariya

Where to get batting:

Jarrier book store
Zamil in Al Kobar (if you have an obliging husband or a train ticket)
